  • This position will work as part of a reception team to answer all phone calls coming into the head office. This position requires an individual with a patient friendly manner, the ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers and resolve customer complaints.

    This position does not require oral and written French language skills however it would be an asset.

    • Very strong computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft programs, emailing, running reports, etc.
    • Team player, multi-tasker, ambitious, excellent accuracy, legible handwriting, and must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Prefer reception experience or prior customer service experience.

    This position is based in office in Markdale Ontario, day shift hours.
