This position will work as part of a reception team to answer all phone calls coming into the head office. This position requires an individual with a patient friendly manner, the ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers and resolve customer complaints.
This position does not require oral and written French language skills however it would be an asset.
This position is based in office in Markdale Ontario, day shift hours.
