Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of the Human Resources department. They will also participate in the development and implementation of policies, programs, and procedures regarding human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, occupation classification and compensation and benefit administration. The Human Resources Manager develops and manages employment programs, job evaluations, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training.
* Candidates with demonstratable knowledge and the successful management of short and long-term disability claims and training & development will be preferred.
